7-Day Replacement Policy

At TrueMart.pk, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. However, if there’s an issue, we offer a simple 7-day replacement policy under specific conditions.

⚠️ Note: We do not accept returns or replacements based on reasons such as change of mind or personal preference (like/dislike).


Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement if:

  • The product does not match the description on the website

  • The product arrives in a damaged or broken condition during transit

  • The item is defective or not functioning properly

  • For fashion items, if you receive the wrong color or size that does not fit


🕒 Timeframe & Conditions

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be returned to us within 7 working days from the delivery date.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.


📦 Return Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • In unused and original condition

  • In original packaging, with all tags, accessories, invoices, user manuals, and warranty cards

  • Accompanied by photo or video proof of damage or defect (including packaging)


🔍 Inspection & Approval

Upon receiving your returned item:

  • Our quality team will inspect the product to verify the claim.

  • If the product is found to be defective/damaged, a free replacement will be dispatched (subject to stock availability).

  • If the product is not defective or damaged, it will be returned to you, and no replacement will be issued.


🚫 Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns or process replacements in the following cases:

  1. Return request is made after 24 hours of delivery

  2. Returned item reaches us after 7 working days

  3. Product is used, opened, or not in original condition

  4. Missing original packaging, invoice, tags, or accessories

  5. Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs

  6. Incidental damage from product malfunction

  7. Discounted/sale items, unless defective on arrival

  8. Product with tampered or missing serial/IMEI numbers

  9. Missing manufacturer price tags/labels (especially for fashion)

  10. Damage or issues not covered by manufacturer warranty


🔁 Replacement & Refund Process

  • If a replacement is not available in stock, a full refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, as preferred.
