Delivery Information

1- ORDERS PROCESSING TIME

All the orders placed will be processed till 5:00 pm and if any order is placed after that time, it will be processed next day (Holidays are excluded).

2- DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We deliver in almost all cities of Pakistan.

3- DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Packages are delivered between 09:00 A.M -7:00 P.M from Monday to Saturday. No package is delivered on Sunday and public holidays.

4- DELIVERY TIME OF LOCAL PRODUCTS

All of the local products are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 days.

5- DELIVERY TIME OF IMPORTED PRODUCTS

All of the imported items may take from 15 to 30 days to get delivered to your doorstep, so please be patient.

6- PRODUCT PACKAGING

All the products are checked for quality and proper functioning, then packaged well to ensure that the product is delivered to the customer in its original condition without damage.

7- MODIFYING DELIVERY ADDRESS

Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The payments, if you have already made, will be refunded to you as per refund terms and conditions.

8- SHIPPING COMPANIES

We acquire services only from the top courier companies in Pakistan to assure the packages always get delivered quickly and safely. All the packages are perfectly sealed at the warehouse before they are shipped to you. Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. We request you not to sign and accept if you are concerned about the condition of the shipment. Instead, hand the package back to the courier and we will replace the items to you within few days.

True Mart.pk is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient was unavailable or uncontactable; incorrectly addressed orders; natural disasters; weather conditions and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay and estimated delivery times in such situations.

Please open and check the package in front of courier staff. If you find that the product in the box is tampered or missing, please contact True Mart.pk at 0300-8108082 or [email protected]/[email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
