Delivery Information

At TrueMart.pk, we aim to ensure your orders are delivered promptly, safely, and in excellent condition. Below are the key details about our delivery process:

1. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day (excluding holidays). Orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Coverage

We proudly deliver to most cities across Pakistan, ensuring wide accessibility to our customers nationwide.

3. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Please note: No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

4. Local Product Delivery Time

Orders containing locally sourced products are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.

5. Imported Product Delivery Time

Imported items may take 15 to 30 days to arrive, depending on international shipping and customs processing. We appreciate your patience with these deliveries.

6. Packaging & Quality Checks

All products undergo thorough quality inspection before packaging. Our team ensures every order is securely packed to reach you in perfect condition.

7. Changing the Delivery Address

Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be modified. If a change is needed, you will need to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct address.
Any advance payment made will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Shipping Partners

We work with Pakistan’s leading courier services to guarantee fast and secure deliveries. All parcels are sealed at our warehouse before dispatch.

Upon delivery, please check the package for signs of tampering or damage.
If you notice anything unusual, do not accept the package. Return it to the courier immediately — we’ll replace the product for you promptly.

TrueMart.pk is not responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Extreme weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier service disruptions

In such cases, we will keep you updated regarding the delay and revised delivery timeline.

Free Shipping Policy

  • FREE shipping on all orders of Rs. 5,000 or more

  • A flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 5,000
